Northeastern University is proud to offer Field Trip experiences for upper-elementary, middle school, and high school Boston Public School classes.  Teachers interested in bringing their class(es) to Northeastern for a Friday STEM Field Trip event should email Daniel Sullivan at for more info.

Advanced Registration for the 2014-2015 School Year is now open.  Please read all the following details closely before applying.    

Program Details:

  • 50 Students Max per Trip
  • FREE – Everything provided including Activities, Bus and Lunch (for Boston Public Schools only – other schools and districts may still apply and will be provided opportunities based on availability on a first-come-first-served basis)
  • Activities from Earthquake Lab to Oil Spill – see “Activities” Tab for more info on available activities and curriculum connections
  • ONE trip per school max – Priority to Boston Public Schools
  • Typical Schedule:
    • Arrive at Northeastern 9:30 am
    • Introduction and Welcome 9:30-10:00 am
    • Activity I 10:00 – 11:30 am
    • Lunch 11:30 – 12:00 pm
    • Activity II 12:00 – 1:30 pm
    • Wrap Up and Depart 1:30 pm
